Getting to Sea Duck Cottage Maine: 

 
*From Bangor, Maine you will take US-1 toward Ellsworth/Calais and turn right on Highway 187.  

* You will reach Main Street in Jonesport, Maine and turn right onto Kelley Point Road.  Drive 1.5 miles

* Look for the private dirt road. Look for street sign:  Albert Kelley Road and a Private Road Sign monument. (see images above)

*  Turn into this private road.  

* Turn left on Degenhardt Road (see image above) and go up a small hill and down a hill where you will see Moosabec Shores.  

* Curve left and go until the end of the road - Welcome!  You have arrived.  


Please note we are on a gravel road please drive cautiously.


Make sure you park on the driveway or gravel road.  Do not park on the lawn. 

Tips:  Do your grocery shopping in Ellsworth.   Walmart, Hannafords, and Shaws will have everything you need.  Jonesport does have a small market (Manafords Market) - with limited variety but does carry all the essentials. 

Watch your speed in Milbridge, Maine.  It is 25 MPH and they enforce this speed limit - so be careful!

Best grocery stores for your stay with us at Sea Duck Cottage.  Shaws, Hannafords, and Walmart will have everything you need.  Bring your recycle bags - Maine does not do plastic bags and charges .05-.10/bag.

Right outside Ellsworth is the famous Jordans Snack Bar.  A local tradition since 1981.  They have a full menu but best know for shakes, ice cream treats.

Our wharf is located on Wyman road in Milbridge, Maine. From town, head down Wyman Road 1.5 miles and turn left at the Chipman's Wharf sign. RV’s don’t be shy! You have plenty of room to turn around.
