• Sink - hot water - turn knob toward the window
  
  

• microwave - hit power twice then enter time OR hit minute plus button (full instructions in envelope with all printed guidebooks for appliances)

• Keurig coffee pot - water container - fill with water, push power button on, place coffee cup under spout, lift handle - place Kcup in container, push coffee size.  See image below.  

• Refrigerator - bottom freezer - MAKE SURE it is not over filled and drawer shuts completely.  You will see water if not (does not make noise or beep) - we have towels in cabinet on tv stand to use for water on floor!
  
  

• Make sure you do NOT put food or grease down the drain in the kitchen.  Please use the food catchers in the sinks and empty in the trash cans. Plumbers are DIFFICULT to schedule.  Thank you!
  
  

• Garbage - we have 2 garbage cans - 1 underneath the sink and another by the refridgerator/pantry.  Feel free to use both.  

• Keyless Lock - fee free to use a key or code given 

• Lock - if lock is horizontal (see image) it is auto locked - deadbolt locked.  If you switch so that lock is vertical - the deadbolt/auto lock is off.  At night - place horizontal - door will be locked.

  Storm door - PLEASE MAKE SURE it is ALWAYs closed.  It will blow in the wind and damage the light and door. Do a 2nd check to make sure it "latches" and stays closed.
  
  Feel free to bolt if inside and really windy.  

There is laudry detergent under the sink (pods or liquid).  Turn on power - place pod in machine. Liquid goes in white container (upper left)  Turn to laundry settings desired.  Press start.

Dryer - please remove lint from the dryer filter before/after each use.  

TV (Living Room and Upstairs Guest Bedroom): TCL Roku TV

Please log into your favorite streaming apps - there are some free ones already on the menu

REMOTE:  Similar to all ROKU remotes 

1. Press the RED top button to power on/off 

2. Use the purple arrows to scroll to your favorite app (Netflix, Disney Plus, Hulu, etc)

3. Volume is on the right side up button - turns volume up; lower button turns volume down

4. Home icon will take you to the "main page" to select another streaming app or the back button goes back to previous screen.

Master Bath - combo tub/shower.  Please use caution with shower - water can get hot quick!  Turn shower know up for hot water, down for cold.

Hair Dryer, soap, and shampoo in the white cabinet in the Master Bathroom.

Please do NOT flush ANYTHING but toilet tissue down the toilets.
